Store Reopenings


We are delighted to announce the reopening of a selection of our stores.

Whitley Bay


We will be operating with a smaller team than usual at first, whilst we get up and running and implement our social distancing measures. This may mean you have to queue outside our store. We appreciate your patience and support as we adjust to our new way of working.

Now available at all reopened stores (excluding Gateshead).

You can also Click & Collect using our secure website.


Keeping everyone safe

Our store layouts have been changed to accommodate social distancing. Travel advisors will manage the number of customers in store at any one time. You'll also find hand sanitiser stations, floor markings and dividers between sales desks.


Remaining stores still working remotely


While we hope to reopen our remaining stores very soon, we need a little more time to ensure everything is in place. This will ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment and booking experience for all of our customers.

We are receiving high numbers of enquiries at the moment, please bear with us as we try to respond to as many customers as possible during working hours.


An important message to all customers


If your booking is affected in any way by tour operator changes or cancellations, we will contact you.


We are contacting all affected customers in departure date order. Our travel advisors are working extremely hard to serve as many customers per day as possible.


Our teams are still smaller than usual, so this will take some time. We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding.
